I've got a Vaillant ecoTEC plus 831. It's looking like the diverter valve is kaput (as per my earlier thread). It needs a service anyway.

I'll probably be out tomorrow when, hopefully, we can get somebody out. The RH side of the boiler is up against a wall. The LH side of the boiler has shelves against it (not touching, but close to). What access is needed? The front, underside and top are accessible. Do I need to get those shelves cleared and out of the way?

Cheers.

just need access from the front and a reasonable amount underneath to access the service valves

Thanks folks, that'll save me doing a big clear out of my 'workshop'.
