What are ubend nails called?

We had virgin install a few months ago. They tidied up their cables with 'ubend' nails.

I need more of these to tidy up the phone cable.

But what are they called?
I've searched for 'ubend nails' but I get nothing.

And, can I use these nails without a nail gun?

I'd use cable clips.
