What damage by installing c/h radiators

Just wondering what sort of damage would be caused by installing a full wet radiator heating system to a modern house with warm air heating?

e.g. would carpets be damaged, floor boards pulled up, walls chased, loft access required etc. Ground floors are either hard floor or carpets on concrete base.

i.e. is it best left until a time of major renovation or can it be done without causing too much disruption.

Simple answer NO.

RGI wave a magic wand and pipes vanish under floor boards and tanks vanish from loft space
