What does this dashboard warning light mean?

Hi all,

My 1.9D Citroen Dispatch W reg sometimes gives me a red warning light in the mornings.

It looks (something ) like this...

Looks like a sort of lid ontop of some water?

I had an oil leak problem recently which has now been sorted, can only think it might be I've maybe added too much oil?

my temp guage is currently borked. thinks the engine is running @ 110 degrees C, even when cold

It's a bit juddery sometimes in the mornings. Could just be the glowplugs tho?

Hmmm

Glow plugs only assist starting, once running the glow plugs play no further part, I would opt for water in the fuel filter.
