What grade concrete for raft foundation/

Hi all

Soon I will order the concrete for my 22m2 raft foundation. The raft will support a single story part blockwork part timber extension. My structural engineer says C25 grade concrete will be suitable however it would only be £30 extra to go with C30 and £80 extra in total to go with C35. Are their any disadvantages of stronger mixes for this residential application (e.g. poorer thermal properties) or for the sake of another 80 quid, should I just go ultra strong C35?

There may be disadvantages in using a stronger mix than required. It's not like picking a premium product and thinking have something better.
