Recently me and 3 of my neighbours' water supply was reduced to a trickle. S.Trent have come and fitted a Boundary box which was supposed to help to find where a potential leak was but now they have fitted this our water has come back. Is this right? Could a BB fix our supply problem? :?
 
your water is back on, and did not cost anything, does it really matter how and what?
