What is AIOC LCG?

I'm looking for someone to fit kitchen worktops. One of the business cards has the guy's name followed by 'AIOC' and 'LCG'.
Just out of interest, what does this signify?

PS I've tried Google, but I douubt it is the Azerbaijan International Operating Company, Anglo-Iranian Oil Company or Australian Informatics Olympiad Committee!
