What is this pipe manufacturer?

Went to a look at a job this morning and came across this 15mm pipework; can't say I have ever seen it before so assuming it is old model of a manufacturer perhaps.

The connections seem unusual. Any one know anything about it?

Looks a bit like multi layer/Uponor pipe. That’s about as much as I know unfortunately.

MLCP and it'll be 16mm not 15mm so don't cut it unless you have the right fittings for it
