Sorry if this is basic but what is the button-like item in the photo below called? It is on a Tywford's toilet lid. I need to order a few to replace those that have fallen out and have no idea what they are called or - for that matter - where to obtain them!

They are called toilet seat buffers , and a quick google search seems they are widely available online.
