What kind of connection is this?

Hello,

Just bought an old display cabinet that has a couple of bulbs in it. They're connected to a wire that comes out the back and then connects to a switch (pictured).

After that, no more wires. Was just wondering if anyone knew the name of this connection and if its possible to get an adapter to convert it to a standard 3 pin plug, or will it need rewired?

Forget that one and get an inline switch like:

Then put a little more wire on then a plug with the appropriate fuse in.
