What kind of pipe is this soil stack

Hi. I'm doing a bathroom renovation. I want to move the toilet along the wall which means lowering the T in the soil stack into the floor so I can run it under the floor. Now a while back when I had my kitchen done, my builder said "you know you have an asbestos soil stack". I'm not sure. Google tells me it could be pitch fiber, which could contain asbestos. Thoughts welcome. TIA

Virtually impossible to tell from the photo's, need to see a joint or 'Collar' to ascertain a bit better. What I can see looks like it might be plastic, AC Collars are usually a unique profile, and a dead giveaway if you know what you're looking at.

Pitch Fibre and the loft bend is plastic. (being ast/cement is dodgy )- your pitch fibre is mostly pitch - the fibre could be rags ! I personaly would get the lot out from the plastic loft bend to the ground connection and renew in plastic

I defo cant get down to ground, its fully in-cased in the wall in the kitchen which is new and then into a concrete floor in the kitchen behind cabinet. I could replace it from the T in the bathroom and up. Beyond that plastic bend it goes back to pitch again and out the roof (and leaks). Being pitch, I assume that "could" contain asbestos and the skip company wont take it if I put that in there?
