What kind of underlay for that type of garage?

Hi
Decide to put wooden garage.Found one on ebay

But I'am bit confused what kind of underlay I should do?
Garage weight is 900kg.
Each wall is from 6 panels.
Options so far are#;
-build concrete foundations for 15cm deep and use breeze blocks on the top and than put garage on it
-Make foundations only under connection of each panel and breeze blocks on the top
-or maybe make 15cm floor on 15 cm base from MOT type1 and put garage on it

Have you got any more suggestions?
Is any of those ideas good?
