What kitchen cupboard fixing is this?

A kitchen cupboard door hinge fixing has come loose. The top hinge had one of these supporting the screws in the cupboard side, the bottom hinge didn't (might be why the bottom came loose).

Please can anyone tell me what it is so I can get a new one? And where I might find one? Thanks in advance. It is a few cm long.

Now open google, and pressing the camera icon in the search bar, upload the picture, so you're searching using the picture for similar images? You should get all the results on google, wher similar or exact items have been uploaded, as in "bracket for sale" etc
