I've been reading through instructions for a hormann garage door, and it mentions that you musn't use oil or graphite to lubricate the locks.
Nor sure what damage I might have done, since I use it on the garage door, & the front & back & patio doors of the house!
So do others use the above, or should i be buying the proper stuf?
