What make shower cartridge is this?

Hi,

Just wonder if anyone can help, have a problem with shower temperature control not working, just stuck on one luke warm temperature regardless of control setting. Have tried cleaning with hot water & vinegar but same issue.

Went to plumber's merchants but they cannot identify it.

Anyone have any idea, sorry can find no make/model numbers anywhere on shower apart from "LT-W8B" written on the inside of one of the shower control knobs.

Try shower doc or shower spares they'll have one

Yes, shower doc are not sure, they've sent picture to all their suppliers.
