What Mk is me Mam's Fiesta?

If its a 2000 model it will either be a mark 4 or mark 4.5 (according to Ford)
Our Zetec-S (with Triangular headlights) is a 2000 model (Mark 4.5) but some people refer to our car as a Mark 5 which it isn't.
The Mark 4.5 is basically a revision to the Mark 4 and as far as I am aware, the only visible difference is the front headlight design.
Mark 4 - has the bug-eyed oval headlights
Mark 4.5 - has Triangular headlights (otherwise has the same bodywork as the Mark 4)
Mark 5 - is the new "Focus" shaped Fiesta
Just thought I'd confuse you a little more than you are already
I have a Haynes Manual for a 2000 Fiesta at home and if I remember I'll post back with the Book Details later if thats any use? Haynes Manual is better than owner's manual. Have you tried a scrappy to see if they keep the books?
