What product would you use to rejuvenate this cement render?

The color of this cement render on front roof elevation (above fascia board) is tarnished now.

Are there some product to apply a thin layer of new cement whilst binding well out there?

Alternatively would you just paint? Thanks !

I can't see any bad rendering. Do you mean the mortar fillet?

Yes John, apologies I must have used the wrong term, the mortar indeed, it looks tarnished next to the new pointing and brick dying. Wondering if there is a way to refresh this without breaking and redoing (which I'd like to avoid of course).
