Under my floorboards I’ve got this type of pushfit system and some Tees and elbows but I need to remove the tee and just put the exist elbow as I don’t need the tee section. But it doesn’t seem to look like the standard JG speedfit type that you twist to lock and unlock and push the collar and pull to release.

Can anyone advise what system this is and how do I remove and re-use the elbows only

Thanks

Unsure of make, but looks like you push the collar in and pull the pipe out whilst keeping the collar pushed in

Here is a closeup picture of it dismantled. It containers the main body with the collar then a blue washer then an O ring then another blue washer. It uses metal inserts too.

Is this the polyfit system? They’ve used it a lot under my floor boards and I’m wondering is this as reliable as JG? I removed a few as I needed to change the layout and on a few of the the blue plastic washers were brittle and broke. So since I’ve got my floor boards up I’m wondering if I should change them all out with new fittings or JG fittings?

We have used many hundreds of polyfit fittings on first fix with zero problems.
I certainly wouldn't be bothering to taking undisturbed fittings .
You can use speedfit fittings on polypipe tube but you must use the polypipe inserts.
Most polypipe inserts are now black plastic they work perfectly well with your existing tube.
I've never seen the blue washers break up!
