What render victorian Terrace

Would anyone know if my render on the parti wall is/should be a standard concrete render, ( the wall rises between house pitched roof)
As lumps have "blown" and are blowning off, but some on the floor appears the be made with stones in

Yes a normal s+c render would do...personally if it was mine i would get rid of it at my expense if neighbour agreed

as in remove completely,
why nextdoor, ( the render does go up and form a radius on the brick dividing wall)

could i trim back to the top, leaving radius, clean wall up.
refix lead flashing ( one side is well grooved into the wall the other is just under render
