Just knocked out old outside loo on our victoria terrace- no issues there. This gives us a 25% bigger kitchen! 
The floor after clearing the old tiles had a thin layer of concrete, below which is a sand and rubble mixture. I need to level to meet the same level as my kitchen floor but should I just concrete? Its loose stuff so I can only image this would be the right thing.
