i would think it would be more cost effective to have the DNO install a new supply to the barn.

185m of cable of a suitable size is gonna cost a fortune, thats before you start digging and getting friends around to help tighten glands with you.

He won't need mates to help tighten a 25mm or 32mm gland, will he?

Unless he's shagged out from manhandling nearly 400kg of cable, I guess...
