What size plasterboard

im thinking at having a go of replacing a water damaged ceiling and not sure what thickness plasterboard to use. Any ideas?
Its just a small two bedroom bungalow if that makes a difference.

12.5mm square edge.

Ditto; use full size boards if you can. Close butt boards long edge across the joists, stagger the joints, fix with screws (not nails) every 200-230mm max.
