What size Speedfit for pipe run

Hi everyone. I’m running a hot and cold supply to a utility room and an en-suite and would like to know what size plastic pipe I should use. The run is quite long, about 10-15m or so. I’m not worried about the utility room needing water at the same time as the en suite, just wanna know whether I should use 22mm or can use the 15mm I already have.

If the hot and cold are both under mains pressure 15mm should be fine for utility room.
