A local organisation has a sort of village hall. Semi rural area outside a small town. Beside it is a fenced area that should be a lawn or garden, but as they ran out of funds during renovation work, there is a mound of rubble. Been there for years. Probably something like ten metres by three by one (total guess, I will try to measure it)
Things have now improved and they could afford to have it dug out and carted away, and the area levelled with soil and grassed.
Who would shift and level it? Is it groundworkers? I imagine a digger and tipper trucks. The committe is largely composed of retired ladies with little experience of getting quotes for such things. They are probably capable of doing a little light planting, themselves.
