What the hell is this? Doesn’t want to come off.

I’m removing this wallpaper but god only knows what it’s painted with.

Any tips for faster removal? The steamer is talking around 15 seconds to get it to come off and of course that’s not a good time frame to be holding your steamer on for and even then it’s very small chunks.

Anyone had anything like this before? It’s like it’s painted with a vinyl or something. The paper tiger doesn’t even get through it to mark it.
