I've just bought a flat where the bathroom has a sloping ceiling. The bathroom needs completely redoing. The bath is under the slope and the shower rail attached to the slope. There isn't really a better way to lay the bathroom out, but the ceiling has clearly been suffering from the damp of the shower. I don't think it'd look good to tile the sloped ceiling because of the way it continues across behind the sink, but what is my alternative in order to make the sloped ceiling look like a ceiling and still be water tight? Anyone got any suggestions?

White pvc cladding and carry it up onto the flat part of the ceiling to tie it all together, you can get all sorts of finishes.

You could just come down the sloped part over the shower if you wanted to with the use of edge finishing strips and I doubt it would look out of place

Thanks. How do you attach it to the ceiling? Just with adhesive?

Adhesive and some hidden pins in the joins to help hold it while the adhesive goes off
