i've just moved into a house with ofch,the boiler is in the garage with 25mm pipe coming from it to the water tank,then all my rads are micrabore,the problem is not all my rads heat up,it was suggested to me that it is blowing over in my attic??any suggestions would be much appricated.

It will either be 22mm or 28mm off the boiler.
Go into your attic and watch the f&e tank and if water comes out of the open vent, then the advice you have been given is correct.
Then next question is why?
As a start turn off hW, and all rads except one that does not heat, turn pump on full and see if it gets hot. If so then go to the next rad and so on.
Could be sludge in system though, microbore is more susceptible to this due to pipe sizes.
