What tool for a very hard to get to cold water pipe?

My cold water pipe is near a wall at the far end of the bath and there is minimal room to get to it. I need to replace the bath tap at that end but it's going to be a real challenge. Any recommendations for a far reach too that will be up to the job?

havent got a clue
are you trying to cut/loosen nut/ move pipe a bit /or somthing else ??
tap or sink spanner basin wrench??
