What type of fitting is this?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help me to identify this type of fitting, and whether I need a special tool to remove?

It is on the central heating circuit, and I think the pipework is 15mm grey Polybutylene, but despite plenty of googling I haven’t managed to find any images of fittings similar to this one.

It looks like a (un demountable ) fixed connection - unlike the other white ones there

It looks like an old HEP Slimline push fit fitting. If I remember rightly they are single use and need to be cut out
