What type of handle should I fit to a bi-fold door?

Hi,
What type of door handle should be fitted to an internal bi-folding door?
I have just realised that whatever type is fitted it will prevent the door from becoming completely flat when in the open/folded position. Can this problem be eliminated in any way.
