What type of lintel

What sizes do lintels come in? I need to replace two lintels one is in the internal leaf of the external rear wall and the other is an old wood lintel that spans both leaves of the external wall. Pre cast concrete I suppose is easiest to get a hold of but what size 6"x 4"?

depends what load they are carrying, precast lintels can come in all sorts of sizes and can be made to order.
