What type of paint to use on cement boards ?

Can anyone confirm what type of paint I should use on cement boards please ?

FYI, it’s the undercloak that I am painting so it’s exterior...up at the roof verge

Also, does it need any sort of primer first ?
And finally, is there a brand recommended?

I used Sandtex masonary paint for the cement fibre board soffitts on my house. Been a couple of years now and still looks as good as when I did them.
