Painting the undercloak

I am thinking of painting the undercloak and wondered what type of paint and a good brand I should be using
The current paint is flaking off (reason being that I suspect it was glossed as it’s the same colour of the fascias !) so plan to pick it off not sand it due to the fact that it seems to be a cement type board which will contain crysotyle asbestos assuming they are the same as my soffits

So would this be a typical masonry paint needed or something else please ?
