I think I know the answer - totally impossible,

But I'll ask anyway just in case.

I have been given the task of re-doing a modern garage door, which orginally would have had a factory finish white gloss spray paint on it.

However, at some stage someone painted over this with masonry paint without sanding it down.

And then someone else painted over this with a gloss finish.

It's now starting to peel, revealing the un-sanded factory finish.

IS THERE ANY WAY THE MASONRY PAINT AND THE GLOSS ON TOP OF THAT CAN BE REMOVED TO REVEAL THE FACTORY FINISH?

Typically the paint isn't flaking all over.

It would be nice to have the original factory finish, assuming it's not scratched anywhere.

If this this is not possible then I'll happily sand/scrape/feather and just re-paint.
