Yeah, I know, sounds like a stupid question.
But I can't find replacement parts for it.

I thought it was a closed coupled one

However instead of the cistern sitting on the moulding that's a part of the bowl, there's a short plastic connector which turns a 90 deg. bend that's connected with wing nuts to the underside of the cistern & with slot headed bolt & nut to the back of the bowl.

It's this connection into the back of the bowl that's leaking. I've tried tightening it (it was quite loose) but has made no difference.

I presume there some type of washer that's worn but what type.
Obviously, being the only loo, I'd like to have the replacement to hand.

Your help would be appreciated.
Cheers

Does it look like this? If so it's close coupled:

Or, if it looks like this (which I suspect) then it's called a low level cistern:

Apologies for the images.. First ones off Google :D

Well done, How do you cut & paste here

I know the one you mean. It looks like a close coupled but has a bent plastic connector between the cistern and bowl. From memory I'm sure it was a Twyfords but I can't find any information on it.

You could try taking it out resealing and refitting but if it's not repairable you might have to replace the whole thing :(

Material.buyer - It looks closer to the top image but from the info I've seen on t'internet the closed coupled only has two parts - pan & cistern.

Mine definitely has a separate, although very short, connector between the two. Just like denso13 mentioned. it looks more like a squarish block that contains the 90 deg. bend rather than tubed pipe.

Denso13 - When you say resealing, do you mean with a washer or some sort of mastic sealant?

Is the diameter standard across all manufacturers?

Thanks for your help.
