The notes are in order: A E G C# E C and can be found in the verse of "Used To Be" by Rory Gallagher.
 
A dominant 7th with a sharpened 9th

It's almost certainly as davy_owen_88 says. But the C natural is spelt wrong - it should be B#.

It is how davy_owen_88 says. It is what a pupil asked me and he came up with the name I mentioned. We both thought it was funny, and I hoped you would too.

Your pupil is also correct though. It could be A minor 7b11, although again spelt incorrectly. (should be Db, not C#)
