 I'm taking the wrong career path.

13 year old Citroen Xsara. 8)

It's a heap of junk if I'm honest.

BMW 330ci for the weekends and a transit for work.

Parners got a rover 45.

03 mk2 tdi galaxy,better half has a 60 reg smax.

Would you say the Galaxy is a better drive than the smax, I know there is a big age gap but if you could pick out differences, If I was to go with a Ford in the future it would be one of these

'95 Toyota Celica 2.0GT, the frog eyed version, not the newer wedge shaped recall monster. Was a blast taking it round Europe a few years ago, now stored, and looking sad, can't afford the insurance, and can't sell it, as it needs work for the MOT. (exhaust).

I googled the reg number, and it turns out it used to be an official rally car, before Toyota were banned.

haha my friend has that new celeca your talking about its the vvtli import, well it was anyway the big end bearings went and ruined the crankcase and everything around it. we took it appart to try to repair it got the engine out then realised this is a ridiculous amount of work to do so were selling it for parts. plus it takes up alot of space in the garage.
as for my personal "whips" i have a 54 transit and a 2000 zafira but looking to upgrade, anyone got any good family cars to recomend, i only have the 2 kids but love haveing the space.

Sadly, in your case, not sure of the vvtli status, they were recalled for free for that exact fault. Think the 140's not the 190's, which a vvtli is.

Upgrade from a Zafira for 2 kids, I liked my Astras, downgrade I know, but the kids are getting older. Don't like the chrome bit on the boot, or the false indicator clicking though.

i have thought about just buying a normal car but the more i think about it always come back to "we holiday in england quite a bit so need the room really".
plus who knows when we wil have a 3rd kid she was on the pill and had the injection and still got pregnant with the second one haha, buying the bigger car is goin to be my fail safe  .
i tried desperatly to persuade my friend to buy a different engine and we will fit it but he bought an r reg mr2 instead.

The way your thinking, she's on the pill, and injections, buy a Minibus fella! An ex Celica man, would always buy an MR2..I reckon he bought it with options though? Split roof, air induction thru the headlight, big exhaust..?lol

Mine is same shape as yours and wouldn't change it for anything, well maybe a battery version or LPG, if you think it looks worn out and beyond scrubbing up to very new then sell and buy a newer one

Do you know anyone who has had an LPG conversion on one of these?

i dnt like the seats in the back of ours if the car seats are strapped in you can not move the bench forward to bring up the back two.
also (silly little thing i know) theres no cup holders in the back for the girls drinks, or a socket for thier dvd players, in my opinion there are better cars out there, just got to find the right one for me.
