When can I rotavate?

I sprayed my grass and weeds off with roundup pro biactive around 10 days ago, and the grass is a yellow colour (I wouldnt say totally dead).
Some green patches yet.

I was going to hire a rotavator this weekend and get stuck into the garden but I am afraid maybe the roots are not dead yet.

Would I be better leaving it for another week or would the rotavator be able to handle the roots of the grass?
