Where can I get non-black stench/drain pipe paint?

External gloss and the appropriate undercoat as long as the pipes havn't been bitumen coated, if the pipes still have a bit of a shine its most likely gloss as bitumen goes flat with the first frost, it will also be sticky if you chip a piece off.
A good local paint store should be able to get close to the colour you want. Be careful your house isn't listed or in a conservation area as you're not allowed to change the colour
