Idea Boiler CH Flow Pack

In order to fit a magnaclean I had to be able to pull the pipe far enough away from the wall to get the cutter on it. Doing so meant removing the pressure gauge block from the bottom of the boiler. The washer came out in bits. I'm amazed that it sealed.

I can't seem to find it for sale separately, but it's nuts to have to spend £30 on the whole gauge and block in order to get a few pence's worth of washer. Does anyone know where I might get it separately, or what size it was so I can try to find a supplier? Unfortunately because it crumbled to bits I can't even measure it. Cheers

1. Measure the bit the washer fits over to get the inside diameter.
2. Adding around 5 mm is likely to give you the outside diameter (OD) (2.5mm each side).
3. Its most likely to be a washer to fit a British Standard Pipe fitting size. Likely (approximate) sizes are:
3a. 1/" BSP male thread - OD = 13.2 mm / 0.518"
3b. 3/8" BSP male thread - OD = 16.7 mm / 0.656"
3c. 1/2" BSP male thread - OD = 21.0 / 0.825"
3d. 3/4" BSP male thread - OD = 26.5 / 1.04"
4. The make and model of the boiler might help to establish what you are after.
5. And a photograph is always useful. Perhaps of the part removed and the place it is to seal to.

Thanks. The boiler is an Ideal Logic Combi 30. A photo of the part is in the link I put in my original post.
