Where can I get transparent pipes?

I'm trying to build something - not diy related or anything.

I need a transparent pipe.
Something like normal pipes that you use in a drain or something. It needs to be 30mm in diameter.

I can get acrylic. But prefer not to. This is brittle. I need to cut a section away.

I'm trying to make a table tennis robot like this:

(Actually... Looking at his tube in the video, it looks like acrylic. Now thinking if I got acrylic how I would cut a section away?)

I thought I'd ask here... I'm sure someone will be able to suggest where to get the tube from

Try a fishing tackle shop/online shop, they have lengths of clear tubing for storing top3 pole sets, or quiver tips, different diameters, but not sure of material, or whether you could get fittings if you needed them.For cutting, check you tube for cutting plastic tube with string.
