Concrete Acrylic Fortifier, where can I get it?

Hello.

I'm following a project to make concrete worktops. The guide is from America and the chap is on about using some 'Acrylic Fortifier' to coat the concrete with.

I've no idea what it is, or where to get it from. Does it have a different name here.

i imagine this is a type of integral waterproofer, best contact larsen or similar.
