Where to but satin nickel carpet thresholds?

We’re just about to get all new carpets in a new build. We need 6 carpet to carpet thresholds and 3 to tiles. We think it would look really nice to get more stylish threshold strips than the usual ribbed aluminium ones.

I can find smooth satin finish nickel coloured ones that would match the door handles but they are very pricey, I think about £35 each if I remember correctly.

Does anyone know a source of less expensive ones please?

They have some really nice ones by the look of it - but at £36 and £39 a pop!! - so £350 in threshold strips - ouch

They are worth every penny if you simply must have the right finish, what’s £360 compared to the price of the installation and any other work you have had done? It’s the finishing touches that can make a big difference.

I’d recommend the Premier 9Doublez as these can be adapted for use on the tiles too, Stairrods also do some very clever wedges to fit under the carpet in the tile doorways if the tiles are more than 20mm deep.
