Where to buy Anhydrite Screed?

I am trying to price the difference between buying ready mix anhydrite screed from cemex, lafarge etc

Or buying bagged version like Maxit webber.

I cant seem to find any outlets online where I can price it by bag?
Does anyone know of the cost for anhydrite screed by the bag?
