Where to get rj45 and Ethernet dual faceplate

Hi so my mother just has a single phone faceplate with the cables twined in ( one cable in and one out with the 2 pairs either twisted together or just doubled up and punched down) so I dropped a cat 5e cable down and am now looking for a faceplate to do phone and internet, any help ?

Okay I was looking at these but couldn’t see where to connect the phone cables

Modular faceplate and then select which module's you require
Ie 1 RJ45 module and 1 Phone module

Thanks for the help, I will go screwfix today and get a few, after looking at them I remember I fitted a couple of modules on my network years back, so I could attach a patch cable to my server and switch
