Ah , think the PC Brigade got it deleted. Shame really, I always thought I lived in the land of free speech, but obviously I'm of the wrong religion/colour to enjoy free speech. 
What happened to the thread is the same as what is going on in this country... hide the truth,bury it as fast as you can .. seems the norm nowadays by every mp,parliment,police force, local councils and its even spread to here FFS.... now if it was 7 white lads attacking a non white guy it would headline on the bbc,tabloids, spoke about in parliament ect,ect no wonder the EDL membership is rising daily
One of the biggest scandals of kids being brain washed in schools by lefty, pc teachers and education system.
They are taught to be ashamed of anything that made this country great, and wallow on some kind of guilt trip. They're also taught to celebrate the fact that their country and culture is being given away, and learn more about alien cultures than their own.
With kids coming out of school full of this drivel, it's game over.

There are some important issues in the world today, and then some not so. DIYnot bannings are very much notso!!
I've always thought this forum was pretty good when it comes to free speech, except for the silly censoring of naughty words of course. Certainly it is compared to other fora I've visited, which is why I can't understand why the thread was deleted. Perhaps someone said something really unacceptable, but even then I'd expect just the post(s) to be deleted.

I understand the need for some censorship but what I don't get is why they can't just delete the comment, (in part or whole), without losing the gist or entire thread? (Assuming that is what happened of course).

Or does it just typify the kneejerk reaction to possibly upsetting Islam?
I think we need to actively upset Islam over some things...i.e honour killings, FGM, marrying off young girls, WOMEN's rights, etc
And in this country, we shouldn't be scared of standing our ground....
We should challenge the Shariah way in Saudi as it's inhuman and extremely anti female, and in this country, we should ban all of it...... as we have our own legal system.
