With a pebbledash rendered property to paint what exterior paint would you recommend? My goal would be to provide the exterior render with a little more protection from the elements as it has seen better days. Many thanks for your advice.
Nothing wrong with the Sandtex recommendation and it's my first choice for masonry paint.
As the surface is weathered, make sure you remove any moss and algae with suitable treatments and rinse well, otherwise, just give the surface a good brushing with a stiff nylon bristled brush before applying the paint. (Thin first coat on bare surfaces to help seal and make life easier. )
Also, ensure that the substrate is completely dry before painting as any moisture trapped beneath the new paint will inevitably lead to peeking/flaking.
