Which is more better and more expensive????

Hi, I am looking for some input as to rough costs estimations and benefits of a tounge and groove or a screed floor finish?? these are my two options.

Floating floor - 120mm, extruded polystyrene, then 22mm tounge and groove flooring

or Kinspan tr70 75mm, 60 screed finish
