Consumer Unit in a house containing four flats. Old property, old electrics at the main meter cupboard Brown Plastic (Bakerlite) isolator switches, Earthing conductor all on one nut and bolt type MET

Flat has been rewired last 20 years or so.

Three 10mm green and yellow

One for Gas, Water and an Earthing conductor I would presume

Took a Ze of all got very similar readings 0.2, 0.19 ,0.19

Can't see a earth clamp for water and gas in the flat but get good readings 0.04 off pipes.

Question is how do I know which one is the Earthing Conductor?

Can't disconnect at the MET as don't know which is for the flat I am in.

Also made me thing about Parallel paths when working in Flats and what it does to Ze readings.
Any advice welcome

That's not really Ze unless you remove the parallel paths, i.e. measure to earthing conductor disconnected from CU.
Your measurement would be Zs at CU, sometimes or used to be called Zdb.

Still thinking about the other part of you question.
