Which matt varnish for internal window sills with pooling water?

Hi Guys

I have previously used International matt yacht varnish on my window sills to assist with any condensation build up. I've moved house and can't get this varnish any more from B&Q.

Do you have any recommendations of a good varnish (around £20/litre max)?

I also intend to use this on skirting to help with knocks and bashes. I have a whole 5 bedroom house, windows, skirting, doors, so trying to keep the price down where I can.
